About the Narcotics Anonymous Program
Narcotics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who get together regularly to share their experience, strength and hope. Ours is a spiritual, not religious, program that comes from the 12 steps and 12 traditions of Narcotics Anonymous. Our third tradition states that the only requirement for membership is the desire to stop using.
Narcotics Anonymous is a program of recovery from the disease of addiction, the obsessive, compulsive behavior, not the disease of a specific drug.
We carry the message of recovery, that an addict, any addict, can stop using drugs, lose the desire to use and find a new way of life. That never again an addict need die of active addiction.
